6 Comments | Taking a walk on 'The Sunny Side of the Street' is my way of saying I'm choosing to look at the positive in life. That's not to say that a cloud or two doesn't try to block the sun, or an occassional rain storm comes my way. As the song says, "Life's sweet. Just direct your feet to the sunny side of the street."
Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:36AM For the next few days you may notice some changes here on the Sunny Side. I had a lesson this morning on how to manage my own site! Something I previously had to ask a very busy person to fit into their schedule to do. He was kind enough to meet with me this morning and explain things in plain language my html-challenged brain could handle. So, if things seem crazy around here for a bit, it's because I'll be playing around with some new designs and stuff.
Hang in there with me, ok?

Looking forward to it!
OH so fun!!

Oh, I feel your pain! It seems like the 3 of us at MomGenerations have been asking people to hang in with us forever as changes have been made on our site!
One of the best things I have ever done in my "professional" blogging life is to attend PodCamp Boston this past weekend. I swear I went from 10% technical knowledge to 90% in two days. Granted, it was two BUSY, FULL days... but it was wonderful! Jane and I went on Saturday, and we loved it so much that my husband joined us on Sunday. I have always used the excuse (a great excuse, by the way!) that I am a Grandma, for heaven's sake... how can I possibly know or learn ALL OF THIS STUFF? I was a high school teacher for 30 years when we still had grade books and no computers!
Long story short... play, experiment, play some more. We'll all be waiting out "here" with great interest, enthusiasm and kudos to you!
Great fresh new look! I don't have your email address to send you info on what beach we go to....
I'm diggin' your new design. I can't wait to see what else you come up with!
I'm very jealous, by the way, that you can now do HTML. You'll have to teach me!
The new design is looking great. Lovin' the header; can't wait to see the finished product!
