Monkey Mania

Maybe it's because I teach preschoolers, or maybe it's just the way I'm wired, but if you give me a theme I'll run with it.  Since my classroom theme is monkeys this year I've been looking for things with cute monkeys on them everywhere I go.  I've found a lot of really cute stuff, but so many things cost more money than I 'm willing to spend.  In an effort to keep myself from going too crazy I made some pillows myself.  I manged to make 5 pillows out of 2 yards of fabric. So, what do you think?  Oh, and I need a name for our classroom monkey friend.  Any suggestions?

I can't suggest a name till I know if the monkey's a boy or a girl.
The pillows turned out REALLY cute!

I think the monkey looks like a boy. Besides, the girls outnumber the boys by one, so it'll make them feel better:)

Very cute pillows. I don't have any good suggestions for the monkey's name; everything around here is either "cat", "dog", "lella", or something like Fred; yeah, we're very creative. Hope he finds a good name.

Pillows came out great! The monkey is too cute.
As for the monkey and his name, how about drum roll please ........... Introducing to the boys and girls Marlon the Monkey. Just a thought.
